Coordinate equipment service in Kamloops with customer communication, technician dispatching, scheduling, and accurate administrative support at Inland Truck & Equipment.
The Service Coordinator supports the Equipment Service department at Inland Truck & Equipment’s sales and service dealership. You will work with customers, technicians, the Service Manager, and internal departments. The position focuses on service scheduling, communication, records, repair orders, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls, service inquiries, and appointment requests
Coordinate and dispatch field service technicians
Provide repair, invoice, and service-status updates
Maintain service records, customer files, and documentation
Support repair orders, warranty checks, timekeeping, and invoicing
Requirements:
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Proficiency with common business software and new systems
Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
