Remote Central Processing Pharmacy Technician

Use KROLL and billing expertise remotely with CareRx as a Central Processing Technician supporting pharmacies across Ontario. Review prescriptions and correct insurance billing.
This 12-month contract supports CareRx pharmacies by ensuring billing accuracy and consistency with company standards. The work requires pharmacy experience, KROLL proficiency, Ontario coverage knowledge, and strong Excel skills. You will coordinate with pharmacies and third-party plans while addressing customer billing concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Review prescription billing submissions to insurance plans
Rectify billing in the KROLL dispensary system
Coordinate with pharmacies to improve billing practices
Analyze billing reports and act on findings
Document billing rules and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum four years as a pharmacy assistant or technician
Minimum two years using the KROLL dispensary system
Knowledge of Ontario public and private insurance coverage criteria
Experience with long-term care and retirement community clientele
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data entry, and calculations
