This role entails reading schematics, dismantling equipment, and performing repairs to ensure optimal functionality. Candidates will work primarily the afternoon shift with responsibilities that span across various tasks in a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret mechanical diagrams to guide work procedures
• Dismantle and repair machinery using hand and power tools
• Erect and install equipment per specifications
• Align machinery utilizing appropriate tools
• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Current Maintenance Millwright ticket
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and control devices
• Solid mechanical aptitude
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
