This CNC Programmer and Spinning Machine Set-Up Operator develops programs for hydraulic metal spinning equipment. The work includes machine setup, tooling alignment, process troubleshooting, and optimization. You will also interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T specifications, and precision measurements.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs for hydraulic metal spinning equipment
Set up and operate CNC and PNC spinning machines
Install and align tooling, mandrels, rollers, and fixtures
Adjust speeds, feeds, parameters, and forming sequences
Inspect quality using calipers, micrometers, and precision tools
Requirements:

Previous CNC programming and machine setup experience required
Experience with CNC or PNC metal spinning preferred
Knowledge of tool paths and machine parameters
Ability to perform independent setups and changeovers
Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Use CNC programming, machine setup, and inspection skills to support hydraulic metal spinning production in Vaughan.
