As part of Sienna Senior Living’s Long Term Care team, you will understand residents’ experiences and support their health and well-being. You will assist with personal care, provide resident services, and encourage participation in programs. Your work will help residents live fully while maintaining comfort, dignity, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:

Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming activities
Encourage use of glasses, hearing aids, and sensory supports
Administer prescribed medication following additional training
Maintain access to mobility and assistive devices
Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, and oral care
Requirements:

Completed approved Personal Support Worker program
Compassionate dedication to supporting seniors
Proficiency in simple treatment procedures and bedside care
Tact and diplomacy with residents, families, and visitors
Successful Vulnerable Sector Check required
Bring compassionate bedside care, daily living assistance, and resident support to Sienna Senior Living’s Norfinch Community team.
