Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a Global Events Specialist to orchestrate our international events strategy. This role demands strong project management skills and collaboration to achieve event goals.

In this strategic position, you will plan, execute, and manage a centralized repository of information related to global events. Success in this role requires aligning marketing and sales objectives, developing pre-event briefings, and coordinating logistics. Your leadership will drive the design of promotional materials while maintaining clear communication with numerous stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute Intelcom's global events strategy
• Maintain a centralized repository of event information
• Manage vendor relationships and logistics efficiently
• Implement metrics to analyze event success
• Lead post-event analyses to enhance future engagements

Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing or Event Management
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role
• Experience in B2B environments preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bilingual in English and French
