Avail CPA seeks an Accounting Technician for its Lethbridge team. You will support small and mid-sized business clients through full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and government filings. The position suits candidates with accounting training or equivalent experience who communicate professionally and manage multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
Post journal entries and month-end adjustments
Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts
Process payroll and prepare government remittances
Prepare GST/HST, WCB, T4, and T5 filings
Requirements:
Accounting, business administration diploma, or equivalent experience
Two or more years of bookkeeping experience
Understanding of general ledgers and trial balances
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage several client deadlines
Use QuickBooks Online, payroll, reconciliations, and filing expertise to support Avail CPA clients from Lethbridge.
