HVAC Construction Project Coordinator

Coordinate HVAC Building Solutions projects in Richmond Hill with Microsoft Project, construction administration, and detailed project tracking responsibilities.
Johnson Controls seeks an HVAC Project Coordinator under direct supervision. Support Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and Regional Management on major installation projects. Your work will include submittals, schedules, materials, change documentation, site follow-ups, and close-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
Track project submittals and identify compliance issues
Record meeting minutes and distribute them appropriately
Gather site instructions and change documentation
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and internal resources
Create Microsoft Project and lookahead schedules
Requirements:
University degree with one suggested year of similar experience
Construction experience in electrical or mechanical fields
Project coordination or construction management experience
Valid Full G license, reliable vehicle, clean driving record
Proficiency in Word, Excel, SharePoint, and internet applications
