This Assistant Branch Manager partners with the Branch Manager to lead branch operations and customer support. You will guide loan processes, nurture business relationships, contribute to marketing, and help teams reach their potential. Success requires customer guidance, leadership, continuous learning, and commitment to career development.
Key Responsibilities:

Guide customers through new and refinanced loan processes
Ensure compliance while delivering excellent customer service
Support daily operations and branch growth initiatives
Work through delinquent accounts with care
Set positive standards for sales and service
Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to assist others in the community
Proven leadership and influence skills
Commitment to advancement and continuous learning
Ability to support team member growth
One to two years’ banking experience preferred
