This Financial Services Representative II supports clients within CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking team. You’ll advise on cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection while developing forward-looking financial plans. The temporary, fixed-term role includes 37.5 weekly hours and requires availability for evenings, weekends, and nearby Banking Centres.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand clients’ financial and personal goals
Provide informative, tailored service and financial recommendations
Advise clients on cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection
Deepen relationships through marketing and outreach
Help clients manage banking needs through mobile applications
Requirements:

Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and good standing
Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada qualification
At least one year of client and sales-results experience
Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and critical-thinking approach
Prior similar banking experience considered an asset
Use financial knowledge, client-first service, and thoughtful decision-making to help CIBC clients achieve their goals.
