Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy with Triumph ABA as a part-time Behavior Technician, using behavior plans and accurate data collection. Work directly with children and young adults with autism.
Triumph ABA provides clinically proven services across the Tri-state area. This Behavior Technician role supports clients with autism and related behavioral challenges under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavioral plans, document progress, and communicate with families, supervisors, and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy
Implement behavioral plans developed by BCBA or LBA
Record client progress, session notes, and behavioral changes
Collaborate with BCBAs, BTs, parents, and guardians
Respond to client, family, and supervisor needs promptly
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year working with children or related experience
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with clinical staff
Strict adherence to HIPAA confidentiality and privacy regulations
Apply your communication, documentation, and ABA therapy skills while supporting children with autism under BCBA supervision.
