This supervisory retail position supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in a prestige beauty environment. It offers a first step for ambitious self-starters with previous retail experience. Your focus includes sales team coaching, personalized service, cash reconciliation, store opening, and store closing.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth and efficient store running
Lead sales teams through coaching and mentoring
Deliver inspirational, authentic customer service standards
Reconcile cash at the beginning and end of day
Open and close the store according to rota
Requirements:

Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
Ability to achieve sales and service targets
Desirable previous supervisory experience
Experience with retail point-of-sale software
Availability for days, nights, weekends, and events
Apply retail leadership, cash handling, and mentoring experience while supporting store performance as a Beauty Store Key Holder.
