Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret prime contract documents to mitigate risk
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance
• Coordinate bid instructions and RFP setups
• Oversee subcontract negotiations and performance monitoring
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of contracts and procurement experience
• Degree in business administration or related field
• Knowledge of construction methods and techniques
• Familiarity with ISNet and Smartbid preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
