Assistant Front Store Manager

Lead front store operations at Shoppers Drug Mart in North Vancouver, using customer service and retail management skills on-site full time.
The Assistant Front Store Manager supports the Front Store Manager across merchandising, inventory control, cash management, and company procedures. You will supervise and coach team members, support scheduling, and maintain a clean, organized, customer-focused environment. The position also supports sales targets, promotions, and professional customer issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front store operations and merchandising activities
Control inventory and manage cash handling procedures
Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to team members
Support scheduling and task assignments for staff
Maintain health, safety, loss prevention, and company standards
Requirements:
Retail operations experience with merchandising and inventory management
Strong customer service and communication skills
Supervisory or team lead experience supporting staff scheduling
Point-of-sale systems and basic computer application proficiency
Full-time on-site availability in North Vancouver, including weekends
