You will lead the Food Service Team to maintain high quality meals and beverages, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience across venues such as Tundra Grill, Toucan Canteen, and Ice Cream Carts.
You will train and mentor staff, manage daily POS transactions, monitor stock levels, and ensure safety and sanitation standards in line with provincial regulations.
