Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Own and manage high-priority incident resolutions
• Install and maintain site technology and peripherals
• Document support procedures and create knowledge base articles
• Execute office changes, device refreshes, and software deployments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5 to 7+ years IT support experience
• Desired ITIL, MCSE, CCNA, or relevant certifications
• Strong understanding of network connectivity and Active Directory
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
