Key Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into actionable requirements
Investigate and resolve production issues beyond first-level support
Develop and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards
Lead small-scale project workstreams and initiatives
Collaborate with Business, Technology, and QA teams
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree, diploma, or technical certification
Salesforce experience and Associate Certification required
Strong Salesforce reporting and platform understanding
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication abilities
