This leader will manage day-to-day operations, operational KPIs, budgets, sales targets, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily branch activities and operational efficiency
Manage inventory, purchasing, and distribution operations
Track budgets, sales targets, and financial performance
Collaborate with senior management on business planning
Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Five-plus years of management experience
Understanding of inventory, purchasing, and distribution operations
Proven financial performance and profitability management ability
Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
Hands-on, accountable leadership style
Use operational leadership, financial oversight, and distribution knowledge to manage a building materials branch and improve business performance.
