Direct Sales Team Manager
LeafFilter North, LLC.
Lead direct sales representatives for Leaf Home while growing an assigned territory through training, performance reporting, and customer support.
As Sales Manager, you will assist the Sales Operations Manager with one Leaf Home product or location. You will recruit, train, coach, and support direct sales representatives while coordinating with Installation. The work includes reviewing CRM reports, completing sales consultations, and supporting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training sales representatives
Lead onboarding and refresher training programs
Review performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
Coach representatives through ride-alongs and feedback
Coordinate accurate orders and timely installations
Requirements:
Three or more years of direct sales experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
CRM reporting and trend analysis experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Bring direct sales leadership, CRM analysis, and installation coordination skills to Leaf Home’s assigned territory and customer experience.
