Faith Leaders Network Development Director

Strengthen Cardus’s faith-leader network through strategic planning, event development, and relationship management in Hamilton or Ottawa.
As Director, Faith Community Engagement, you will create a sustained strategy for connecting faith leaders with Cardus. The role combines project management, public communication, and cross-organizational collaboration. Frequent travel is required, with four days in the office and one work-from-home day weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a strategy for continuous network development
Keep faith-leader relationships active and mutually beneficial
Connect organizations with Cardus research and policy
Collaborate across Cardus to expand reach
Engage donors alongside the VP of Philanthropy
Requirements:
Ability to strengthen overlapping networks and influence
Friendly, engaging, and highly professional relationship style
Strong organizational and project-management skills
Ability to identify appropriate stakeholders and connections
Constructive engagement with leaders across faith communities
