FP&A Business Analysis Specialist

Turn financial information into business insight as an FP&A Analyst supporting a South Shore client through Fed Finance’s bilingual team.
This permanent, hybrid position combines financial data interpretation, dashboard updates, and strategic planning support. The FP&A Analyst will examine business-line results and prepare analyses covering investments, cost optimization, revenue, budgets, and five-year plans. Financial information systems and advanced Excel are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract financial information from different systems
Interpret monthly results for business lines
Maintain dashboards and support KPI monitoring
Analyze investment, optimization, and revenue opportunities
Build projections, budgets, and strategic plans
Requirements:
Accounting or finance bachelor’s degree
Five to seven years of relevant experience
Financial analysis and information systems background
Advanced Excel proficiency
CPA, CFA, Dynamics AX/365, bilingualism, or AI interest advantageous
Support strategic financial decisions with data interpretation, dashboard reporting, forecasting, and advanced Excel skills in this FP&A Analyst assignment.
