Lead groundbreaking Inertial Fusion Energy initiatives at Xcimer Energy in Denver, CO. As the IFE Program Director, you'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver clean, limitless power.
This full-time, onsite role requires a leader in complex technology programs with at least 15 years of experience. You will oversee the design and execution strategy for large-scale fusion projects, while managing schedules, budgets, and risk. Your ability to integrate cross-functional teams will help Xcimer meet global decarbonization goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee large-scale program execution and alignment with objectives
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering, science, and operations teams
• Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and schedules
• Communicate program status with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Resolve technical issues and establish design maturity requirements
Requirements:
• MS in physics, mechanical or nuclear engineering
• 15+ years leading billion-dollar scale programs
• Proven experience in guiding technical teams
• Strong understanding of engineering and systems engineering
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
