In this 6-month contract role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers while overseeing the complete recruitment process. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining an efficient applicant tracking system (BreezyHR). You'll facilitate a smooth onboarding experience while promoting Black & McDonald as an employer of choice at networking events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support full-cycle recruitment process across multiple requisitions
• Conduct interviews, resume reviews, and references
• Prepare and maintain employment offers and agreements
• Attend recruitment events to promote the company
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements:
• 1-3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience in nuclear or related industry is an asset
• College diploma or University degree in relevant field
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
