Retail Supervisor Store Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily work of associate-level staff
Provide direction, training, and coaching
Supervise assigned department operations and profitability
Maintain store culture through teamwork and example
Resolve procedure, policy, and quality problems
Requirements:

Two to five years of related experience
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Point of Sales and computerized systems skills
Effective communication with teams and consumers
Flexible availability for changing retail schedules
Bring retail supervision, coaching, POS knowledge, and clear communication to Columbia Sportswear’s store leadership team.
