Use QuickBooks expertise and accounting knowledge as a Bookkeeper supporting clients remotely in a hybrid work space. This temporary opening offers full-time hours.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Accounting or Bookkeeper professional for a collaborative accounting team. You will record transactions, prepare T1 personal income tax returns, and reconcile financial accounts. The work includes HST/GST filings and year-end engagement support.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and classify transactions in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
Prepare T1 personal income tax returns
Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
Prepare HST/GST returns for CRA deadlines
Support year-end working paper files and adjustments
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Three or more years of bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks Online and Desktop experience
Basic accounting and bookkeeping principles knowledge
Attention to detail across multiple deadlines
