Physician Project Lead for UCC

Drive the development of the North Battleford Urgent Care Centre as the Physician Project Lead. Oversee project progression from strategic planning to operational execution while enhancing patient care.
In the role of Physician Project Lead, you will report to the DCMO Integrated Northern Health, guiding the staffing model and operational strategies of the North Battleford UCC. Collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical leaders, and Ministry representatives to ensure successful implementation of quality care programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in strategic advisement and operational decision-making
• Guide development from conception to operational readiness
• Facilitate advisory committees for UCC North Battleford
• Communicate project goals with clinical leaders and stakeholders
• Lead physician engagement and support community involvement
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience in healthcare operations and service development
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Commitment to client-first culture and continuous learning
• Ability to foster multidisciplinary collaboration
