This Transportation Coordinator supports a top retail client’s Transportation team in a 24/7 environment. The role coordinates driver activity, monitors load execution, manages shipment updates, and addresses operational issues. It requires experience supporting over-the-road transportation operations, cross-border coordination, and customs.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary contact for drivers
Coordinate driver activity and load assignments
Track shipments and monitor delivery performance
Manage updates, delays, and schedule changes
Resolve daily transportation operational issues
Requirements:

Two-plus years in transportation, dispatch, logistics, or related fields
Experience supporting drivers and over-the-road operations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve disruptions
Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams proficiency
