Join SYSTRA Canada as a Permits, Licences and Authorizations Specialist to drive the Alto high-speed rail project’s regulatory processes in a hybrid work environment. Your expertise will ensure effective coordination and compliance.
In this hybrid role, you will work within the Cadence consortium to manage permitting strategies and regulatory approvals. Your focus will include overseeing the submission of documents, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance through documentation tracking. This role is ideal for candidates with at least five years of experience in environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate preparation and submission of authorization requests
• Collaborate with environmental, engineering, and project management teams
• Monitor progress of requests and regulatory compliance
• Identify and mitigate regulatory risks for the project
• Ensure traceability of documentation and responses
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in environment, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in environmental roles
• Strong understanding of regulatory processes
• Excellent bilingual communication skills
• Proven organizational and analytical capabilities
