Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements and managing the month-end closing process. Your leadership will span controllership activities, guiding a team handling the general ledger, accounts payable, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of 8 in controllership activities
• Prepare GAAP financial statements with disclosures
• Oversee month-end reporting and closing processes
• Lead external audits and liaise with auditors
• Conduct monthly Balance Sheet reviews and reconciliations
Requirements:
• CPA designation and audit firm experience preferred
• University degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years in a finance role
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and D365
• Proven ability to implement process improvements
