Student Services Program Coordinator
Oxford Learning Centres Inc.
Support students and families as a full-time Program Coordinator at Oxford Learning Barrhaven, working in person with strong communication and organizational skills. Guide daily centre activities toward academic success.
This coordinator works with centre staff, teachers, parents, and students from preschool through post-secondary levels. Responsibilities include scheduling, assessments, learning programs, community relationships, and parent progress discussions. Training covers Oxford Learning systems, methodologies, and approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with schools, sports teams, and local businesses
Meet parents to discuss their child’s progress
Ensure Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained
Create a fun, energetic learning environment
Coach teaching members in the teaching philosophy
Requirements:
Degree in preferred Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business
Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset
Educational environment experience
Billing cycle experience required
Fluent French and additional languages are assets
