Provide patient and family driven care as an Acute Care Registered Nurse, using assessment and interpersonal skills within an interdisciplinary team.
This Registered Nurse position supports the Acute Care Unit and Hospital’s academic mandate. You will emphasize patient assessment, education, prevention, maintenance, and restoration of health. The work includes collaborating with care providers, communicating with physicians, staff, patients, families, volunteers, and learners, and supporting research and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent patient and family driven care
Assess, educate, prevent, maintain, and restore patient health
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care providers
Advance care through teaching, learning, research, and innovation
Follow health and safety policies and guidelines
Requirements:
Registered Nurse qualification for acute care practice
