As the Billing Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day billing processes and oversee a team of 8-10 clerks. Your expertise in transportation billing and TMS systems will aid in resolving discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy. You'll work in a collaborative environment, interfacing with Operations to improve processes and address operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely invoicing for customers
• Lead and support the Billing Clerks team
• Resolve discrepancies in billing records
• Collaborate with Operations to rectify missing data
• Handle weekly payroll for drivers based on accurate ratings
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in transportation
• Knowledge of FTL and LTL operations preferred
• Previous supervisory roles will be considered an asset
• High attention to detail in all billing tasks
• Experience with TMS systems is necessary
