Customs Brokerage Entry Specialist

Customs brokerage expertise drives compliant, on-time imports for Maersk customers. Manage detailed entries, PGA filings, and shipment updates across a dedicated account portfolio.
As a Customs Entry Specialist, you manage end-to-end brokerage operations for assigned accounts. You prepare U.S. Customs entries, coordinate clearance, and maintain accurate documentation. Success requires communication, organization, regulatory awareness, and reliable follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve customers with accurate shipment updates and timely responses
Prepare U.S. Customs entries and PGA filings
Open entry files according to KPIs and service standards
Coordinate clearance with forwarders, carriers, airlines, and CFSs
Track inbound shipments through final delivery
Requirements:
Six to twelve months of customs brokerage experience
Two years in CHB or operational support preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable under pressure
Customs House Broker License preferred, not required
Bring customs entry processing, PGA compliance, and customer communication skills to Maersk’s specialized brokerage operations.
