International Export Logistics Specialist

Coordinate international export logistics at Olymel using sound judgment, priority management, and strong French and English communication skills.
As an Export Specialist, you will support efficient, compliant international operations across customers, Sales, Transportation, and internal teams. The work includes export documentation, logistics coordination, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Your contribution will help maintain business continuity while supporting solutions across a demanding operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate customers' logistics requirements across international operations
Prepare and validate export documents for various markets
Manage priorities and monitor key performance indicators
Collaborate with Sales, Inventory, Transportation, CFIA, and Technical Services
Identify issues, follow up, and implement appropriate solutions
Requirements:
At least two years' relevant international logistics experience
Degree in logistics, international trade, or related field
Strong French and English proficiency
Good command of Excel
Excellent judgment, priorities, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
Apply export expertise, documentation knowledge, and cross-functional coordination skills to support Olymel's international operations effectively.
