Use analytical skills and customer communication as a Poultry Customer Service Representative in St. Marys, Ontario. This full-time role is entirely on-site.
At Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company, you will own the customer experience for an assigned Poultry customer base. You will execute feed programs while using M3 and other systems to analyze data, anticipate orders, and coordinate production needs. The work requires proactive communication, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end feed program execution for assigned customers
Analyze data using M3 and multiple business systems
Anticipate orders and plan production requirements
Coordinate with operations, sales, production, and logistics
Contact customers when feed levels become low
Requirements:

Previous customer service or retail experience
High-level verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making
ERP experience and strong digital proficiency
Full-time on-site availability, including rotating coverage
Bring customer service, data analysis, and proactive communication to Trouw Nutrition’s Poultry business in St. Marys.
