Remote Bilingual Claims Representative

Serve Allstate customers remotely as a bilingual Claims Service Representative, using communication and customer service skills for auto and property claims.
This Claims Service Representative obtains first notice of loss reports for non-complex auto and property claims. You will answer customer questions about processes, policies, and next steps. The work includes updating claim information, coordinating claim-related communications, and supporting Express Claim Center processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Take first notice of loss claims from customers
Explain basic claim processes and general information
Obtain necessary information from customers and third parties
Schedule inspections and arrange required services
Update files through data entry and documentation
Requirements:
At least one year of customer service experience
Bilingual English and French communication skills
Strong oral and written communication competency
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to manage pressure and high volumes efficiently
Bring bilingual communication, customer service, and claims administration skills to Allstate’s remote claims support team.
