Database Developer SQL Server

Build reliable database systems in Langley as a Database Developer using T-SQL, SQL Server, and performance tuning skills. This is a hybrid position with an in-office focus.
You will own database development, performance, data integrity, migrations, reporting support, and data protection. The hands-on role supports a product ecosystem across application data access, operational reliability, and evolving database engineering practices. Your work will include relational design, scripted changes, and application integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain relational databases, models, and database logic
Write and optimize T-SQL procedures, functions, and views
Analyze execution plans, indexing, blocking, deadlocks, and bottlenecks
Support C#, .NET, and Entity Framework data integrations
Develop migrations, upgrades, releases, reporting, and reliability improvements
Requirements:
Minimum five years developing production database applications
Strong SQL, T-SQL, SQL Server, and relational design skills
Experience with C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and source control
Knowledge of security, access control, secrets, and data integrity
Computer science education or equivalent practical experience
