This position involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, especially construction and service contracts. Successful candidates will blend strong legal expertise with excellent business judgment and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and manage construction, sales, and service agreements
• Negotiate government contracts for Canada and the US
• Streamline contracting processes for efficiency
• Support in the resolution of contractual disputes
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Law degree and a member of Québec Bar
• 3-6 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong understanding of contract law
• Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
