As a Leasing Professional, you will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a stabilized 184-unit community. Your work supports occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through application processing, screening, move-ins, and renewals. One to two years of leasing experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet prospects, conduct tours, and show available apartments
Process applications and complete credit and background checks
Prepare leases and coordinate smooth resident move-ins
Develop marketing plans and execute traffic-driving activities
Prepare renewal packages and secure timely resident signatures
Requirements:
One to two years of leasing experience required
Weekend availability required, with schedules subject to business needs
Required state and local licenses or certifications
Valid driver's license for operating a golf cart
Ability to lift twenty-five pounds independently
