Securitization Administration Manager at EQ

This managerial role encompasses leading the effective administration of securitization activities at Equitable Bank. You will prepare comprehensive financial reports, execute new issuances, and provide financial analysis. The position demands strong interpersonal and leadership skills alongside a deep understanding of financial data analysis and systems management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting and reporting of securitization programs
• Prepare monthly investor and financial reports
• Oversee cash tracking and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with securitization regulations
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for efficient operations
Requirements:
• CPA designation plus 5 years in accounting
• 2 years in a leadership role strongly preferred
• Knowledge of NHA MBS securitization programs
• Skills in financial reporting and cash flow modeling
• Experience with data and process management
Lead EQ’s securitization efforts while fostering collaboration and enhancing financial transparency.
