Summit Kids is recruiting for passionate Early Childhood Educators Level 1 to enhance our vibrant team in Southwest Calgary. This full-time role involves creating a safe learning space, building positive relationships with children, families, and the community. You will ensure compliance with licensing standards while upholding our mission to make a positive difference in children's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a safe and enjoyable learning atmosphere for children
• Represent Summit Kids as a brand ambassador to families
• Build trust through positive relationships with community and staff
• Maintain safety and compliance with licensing standards
• Act compassionately while following Summit Kids policies
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Alberta ECE Level 1 Certificate required
• Clear criminal record check for vulnerable sector
• Standard First Aid with CPR Level B or C Certification
• Strong interpersonal skills for a multicultural environment
