What You’ll Slay (A.K.A. Job Duties):
Lead, lift, and inspire your crew of talented stylists
Deliver top-tier service that turns clients into raving fans
Handle scheduling, inventory, goals, and all things organized
Rock the chair yourself when the salon’s buzzing
Help with payroll, recruitment, and day-to-day operations
