In this full-time role, you'll be a key player in the management team at Rhapsody's stylish 1071 King mixed-use development. We're looking for individuals with a commitment to exceptional service, knowledge of the local market, and at least two years of sales experience. You will work with a dedicated team and contribute to creating fantastic first impressions for potential residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tour properties and answer prospects' inquiries
• Assist prospects in apartment application processes
• Collect fees and deposits promptly
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract tenants
• Maintain a professional demeanor and escalate concerns
Requirements:
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
• Effective time management and organizational skills
