Poultry Technical Services Representative

This representative provides on-farm technical support within Raised Without Antibiotics and Organic programs. You will guide producers, sales, procurement, live operations, and industry partners through best practices, technical troubleshooting, and emerging technology adoption. The work supports flock health, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise producers on RWA and Organic management practices
Resolve technical issues with sales and procurement representatives
Evaluate technologies that improve field performance
Develop placement and shipping schedules with sales
Coordinate supplies, equipment, and producer relationships
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in agriculture, animal science, business, or related field
One to two years of poultry sales or technical experience
Knowledge of animal science, nutrition, and broiler management
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Microsoft Office competency and presentation skills
Use poultry expertise, relationship-building, and technical communication to improve Maple Leaf Foods’ RWA and Organic programs.
