YOUR ROLE
As the Customer Service and Ground Operations Manager you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing all activities related to customer service, ground operations, buildings, stations services, baggage and cargo handling, and ramp operations across Quebec operations. You will ensure that operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. The Customer Service and Ground operations Manager will provide supervision to teams under their responsibility, establish operational priorities, promote continuous improvement, and ensure the delivery of a customer experience that meets Air Creebec's quality standards.
