Deliver trusted financial service at Access Credit Union as a Member Service Representative, processing transactions and supporting member relationships. Promote products through informed conversations.
This Member Service Representative role serves existing and potential members across daily branch interactions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loans, utility payments, money orders, and other financial transactions. The position combines accurate cash handling, account support, product knowledge, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Process over-the-counter financial services efficiently and professionally
Balance ATM, night deposits, and cash drawer daily
Resolve routine member account and deposit instrument problems
Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and email
Promote products and services using an advice-based approach
Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of customer or member service experience
Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient computer skills and policy compliance
