As a Commis Chef under the guidance of the Sous Chef, you will contribute to our Asian-kitchen station's efficiency and high standards. Your responsibilities include preparing aromatic sauces, garnishes, and maintaining cleanliness while adhering to food safety policies. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team to ensure each dish exceeds guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Asian-kitchen station in preparation and service
• Prepare sauces, garnishes, noodles, and stir-fry items
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment
• Receive and store ingredients with proper labeling
• Communicate effectively with team members and departments
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of culinary experience
• Interest in Chinese or broader Asian cuisine
• Culinary education preferred
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Food Safety Certification
