Support daily bookkeeping for a Canadian B2C e-commerce business with payment reconciliation and financial reporting skills. This is a part-time remote accounting assignment.
As an experienced part-time accountant, you will manage core accounting operations for a Canadian online business. The work centers on sales, refunds, expenses, transaction recording, and payment reconciliations. You will also prepare monthly financial statements and Canadian corporate tax and GST/HST documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bookkeeping for the e-commerce business
Record sales, refunds, expenses, and other transactions
Complete payment reconciliations using cash-basis accounting
Prepare monthly financial statements and financial reporting
Maintain accurate synchronization of accounting data
Requirements:

At least five years of accounting experience
Experience in e-commerce is preferred
Strong QuickBooks Online expertise
Knowledge of cash-basis accounting practices
Experience preparing Canadian tax and GST/HST documentation
Bring dependable bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation expertise to a remote Canadian B2C e-commerce accounting assignment.
