Mental Health Support Worker

Support adults with mental health issues and homelessness at Home Group, helping customers manage tenancies and move toward independence.
As a Support Worker, you will provide practical care while helping customers live independently, feel valued, and stay connected. You will support daily tasks, encourage independence, and maintain dignity and respect. The role involves working collaboratively with customers who need tenancy support and a flexible personal approach.

Support customers with daily tasks and practical needs
Help customers manage and maintain their tenancies
Encourage independence and celebrate customer progress
Create safe, positive spaces centred on dignity
Empower customers through collaborative support
Requirements:

Experience caring for others professionally or personally
Passion for supporting customers to live well
Calm, positive approach under pressure
Level 2 Care diploma or equivalent experience
Driving licence and business-insured vehicle access
Bring care, flexibility, and tenancy support skills to help Home Group customers build independent futures.
