Key Responsibilities:
Detect faulty operations and report building deficiencies
Complete plumbing, heating, and electrical troubleshooting and repairs
Repair appliances, equipment, fixtures, switches, plugs, and doors
Replace carpet, vinyl, and ceramic tile
Maintain building exteriors and perform basic grounds maintenance
Requirements:
Minimum two years’ experience in maintenance-related work
Relevant technical or trade certification, or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment
Comfort using computers, smartphones, tablets, and electronic applications
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and on-call availability
